PlaXhunter, your plagiarism hunting software
PlaXhunter provides an easy and efficient way of detecting documents that contain potentially plagiarised parts from already published documents.
Students, researchers, scientists and others can easily upload their academic papers, bachelor's thesis, master's thesis, doctoral thesis (dissertation) and other papers and documents.
PlaXhunter provides a mechanism for comparing the uploaded documents with all other documents already present and indexed in the system.
The application measures the originality, i.e. detects if any of the content was copied from already published documents.
Law offices and copyright offices can also use PlaXhunter to ensure any new material submitted does not exist already.

Iteration Planning
Iteration or sprint planning consists of two time boxed meetings. One planning meeting to determine which user stories the team will work on during the upcoming sprint (sprint pre-planning), and another meeting to identify or split the user stories into development tasks.
The main purpose of iteration planning is to:
- * Determine which and how many user stories to include in the upcoming sprint
- * Estimate the size of the stories through story points
- * Break the user stories down to small development tasks (task planning)
- * Estimate tasks duration in hours
- * Determine whether some stories should be removed or no

Scrum in Action: Taskboard & Daily Scrum
A task board is a mechanism used to visually plan and track sprints tasks.
It shows all the tasks that the sprint team is engaged in during a sprint. The tasks on the board must be maintained /updated regularly to reflect reality.
The task board is a very effective way to see what is going on a daily basis, and can be used during the daily Scrum meeting to quickly clarify/visualize issues.
Daily Scrums improve communications, eliminate many other meetings, identify and remove impediments to development, promote quick decision-making, and improve everyone's level of project knowledge.
Notice the burndown chart at the far right. The team keeps track of the project progress through the burndown chart.

User Story Mapping - System Visualization
Arranging user stories in a prioritized product backlog is a great way to understand which functionality to work on next.
However, that prioritized list will not provide a quick impression of what the whole system is intended to do.
Through user story mapping, stories are arranged into a visual and highly useful model which helps to quickly understand the functionality of the entire system.
Story mapping is also a great way to rapidly build a comprehensive release plan.
