Scrum in Action: Taskboard & Daily Scrum
A task board is a mechanism used to visually plan and track sprints tasks. It shows all the tasks that the sprint team is engaged in during a sprint. The tasks on the board must be maintained /updated regularly to reflect reality.
The task board is a very effective way to see what is going on a daily basis, and can be used during the daily Scrum meeting to quickly clarify/visualize issues.
